Amends the Illinois Insurance Code. Provides that the Director of Insurance may share documents, materials, or other information in the possession or control of the Department of Insurance pertaining to an insurer that is the subject of a proceeding under the Rehabilitation, Liquidation, Conservation and Dissolution of Companies Article in accordance with applicable law.

PROP TAX-TAX DEEDS-CONTEST
Amends the Property Tax Code. Provides that a tax deed may be contested (in addition to the currently authorized appeal from a court order) by a motion after judgment as provided in the Code of Civil Procedure. Effective on January 1, 2004.

AG PRODUCTION CD-READABILITY
Amends the Agricultural Production Contract Code. Provides that a production contract must have a Flesch-Kincaid Grade Level score no higher than the twelfth grade. Provides that this requirement does not apply to a document attached to the contract if the contractor, affiliate, or subsidiary is not the original publisher of the document. Provides that the fine for a violation may not be more than $10,000. Effective January 1, 2005.
