INS - REFERENCE COMPENDIA

Amends the State Employees Group Insurance Act of 1971, Illinois Insurance Code, and Health Maintenance Organization Act to set forth certain reference compendia and other authoritative compendia, as identified by the Federal Secretary of Health and Human Services or the insurance commissioner, in which a drug must be recognized for the treatment of the specific type of cancer for which the drug has been prescribed. Effective immediately.

DNR-ALGONQUIN & STRATTON DAMS

Amends the Rivers, Lakes, and Streams Act. Provides that the Department of Natural Resources shall review and update its operations manuals for the Algonquin Dam and the William G. Stratton Lock and Dam on an annual basis.

TWP CD-CITY COUNCIL MEETING

Amends the Township Code. Provides that the city council of any coterminous city may authorize the township supervisor to preside over portions of city council meetings when the city council is exercising powers that would ordinarily be exercised by the township board. Provides that, while the township supervisor is presiding, the township supervisor has one vote and the mayor has no vote. Effective immediately.

LLCA-MEMBER MANAGER AUTHORITY

Amends the Limited Liability Corporation Act. Provides that in a manager-managed company a member is held to specified standards of conduct to the extent that the member exercises the managerial authority vested in a manager by this Act (rather than a member who pursuant to the operating agreement exercises some or all of the authority of a manager in the management and conduct of the company's business is held to specified standards of conduct to the extent that the member exercises the managerial authority vested in a manager by this Act).
