CRIM CD AGG BATTERY-SAFE ROUTE

Amends the Criminal Code of 2012. Makes it a Class 1 felony aggravated battery for a person at least 18 years of age to cause bodily harm or disability or disfigurement to an enrolled school student under 18 years of age, if the offense was committed within a school safe passage route. Defines "safe passage route".

PENCD-IMRF-REVERSIONARY ANNTY

Amends the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund Article of the Illinois Pension Code. In a provision authorizing the election of a reversionary annuity: (i) deletes the requirement that the election be made at the time retirement annuity begins; and (ii) provides that the election is irrevocable. Effective January 1, 2015.

CANNABIS PILOT PRGM-EPILEPSY

Amends the Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Pilot Program Act. Includes myoclonic-astatic epilepsy in the definition of "debilitating medical condition". Provides that the Department of Public Health shall adopt rules for the issuance of a registry identification card for qualifying patients who are under 18 years of age and suffering from myoclonic-astatic epilepsy.

MEDICAID-RUGS REIMBURSEMNT-MDS

Amends the Medical Assistance Article of the Illinois Public Aid Code. In provisions concerning the new nursing services reimbursement methodology utilizing the RUGs reimbursement system, provides that the nursing services methodology will be assigned to the Medicaid enrolled residents on record as of 30 days prior to the beginning of the rate period in the Department's Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) as present on the last day of the second quarter preceding the rate period "based upon the Assessment Reference Date of the Minimum Data Set (MDS)". Effective immediately.
