Amends the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the Department of Professional Regulation.
Amends the Illinois Marriage and Dissolution of Marriage Act. Makes a stylistic change in provisions concerning the application of the Civil Practice Law.
Directs the Clerk to notify the Senate that the House of Representatives of the 94th General Assembly has organized elected officers and is ready to proceed with business.
Mourns the death of Milton Davis.
Amends the House Rules of the 94th General Assembly. Makes changes concerning adding sponsors, record votes on more than one legislative measure, and requesting a verification.

BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE SENATE CONCURRING HEREIN, that the two Houses shall convene in Joint Session on Wednesday, February 16, 2005 at the hour of 12:00 o'clock noon for the purpose of hearing his Excellency Governor Rod Blagojevich present to the General Assembly his Budget Message for the Fiscal Year 2006, as required by Chapter 15, Section 20/50-5 of the Illinois Compiled Statutes.
