Creates a Task Force on a Uniform Building Code for the purpose of examining and making recommendations pertaining to the adoption of a uniform building code for the State.
Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning administration of the Code.
Amends the Illinois Health Facilities Planning Act. Provides for the termination of the terms of office of the current members of the Health Facilities Planning Board and the appointment of new members by the Governor. Effective immediately.
Amends the Election Code. Makes a technical change in the definitions Section of the campaign finance Article.
