Amends the Mechanics Lien Act. Provides that a statutorily required statement, that the law requires that a contractor submit a sworn statement of persons furnishing labor, services, material, fixtures, apparatus or machinery, forms or form work before any payments are required to be made to the contractor, be provided as part of the contract and as a separate printed statement (instead of "either as part of the contract or as a separate printed statement"). Provides that the contract shall have a space for the contractor and owner to indicate, by initialing, that both parties have read the statement.

Amends the Criminal Code of 2012. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning extended statutes of limitations.
Amends the Criminal Code of 2012 relating to the offense of disorderly conduct at a funeral or memorial service. Increases the time that a specified place can be considered a "funeral site" from 30 minutes before and after a funeral to one hour before and after. Increases the distance from which the conduct at the funeral or memorial service is prohibited from 300 feet to 1,000 feet of any ingress or egress of the funeral site. Effective immediately.
Amends the Firearm Owners Identification Card Act. Provides that nothing in the definition of "gun show" shall be construed to exclude a gun show held in conjunction with competitive shooting events at the World Shooting Complex sanctioned by a national governing body in which the sale or transfer of firearms is authorized under the Criminal Code of 2012. Provides that any non-resident registered participant of a competitive shooting event held at the World Shooting Complex sanctioned by a national governing body, who is not prohibited by the laws of Illinois, the state of his or her domicile, or the United States from obtaining, possessing, or using a firearm may purchase or obtain a rifle, shotgun, or other long gun or ammunition for a rifle, shotgun, or other long gun at the competitive shooting event. Amends the Criminal Code of 2012. Provides that waiting period for the delivery of a firearm after application for its purchase has been made does not apply to the transfer or sale of any rifle, shotgun, or other long gun to a resident registered participant or non-resident registered participant by any dealer licensed as a federal firearms dealer under the federal Gun Control Act of 1968 at competitive shooting events held at the World Shooting Complex sanctioned by a national governing body. Provides that the Department of Natural Resources shall give notice to the Department of State Police at least 30 calendar days prior to any competitive shooting events at the World Shooting Complex sanctioned by a national governing body. Provides that the sanctioning body shall provide a list of all registered participants at least 24 hours before the events to the Department of State Police. Provides that any changes to the list of registered participants shall be forwarded to the Department of State Police as soon as practicable.
Amends the Criminal Code of 2012. Provides that the exemption from a violation of the statute concerning hunter or fisherman interference for landowners, tenants, or lease holders exercising their legal rights to the enjoyment of land does not apply when those actions are knowingly or intentionally interfering with the lawful taking of wildlife or aquatic life by an adjacent landowner, tenant, or lease holder.
Amends the Wildlife Code. Authorizes certain hunters to wear solid blaze pink colored clothing (in addition to blaze orange colored clothing).
Amends the Unified Code of Corrections. Provides that the sentence of a person convicted of or placed on supervision for a sex offense committed on or after the effective date of the amendatory Act shall be an indeterminate sentence with respect to the maximum sentence imposed. Provides that not less than 30 days before the completion of the sentence imposed by the court for a person convicted of or placed on supervision for a sex offense, excluding any mandatory supervised release term, the court shall make a determination as to whether the offender poses a danger to the public. Provides that if the court determines that the offender poses a danger to the public, the court may extend the sentence of the offender for any period that the court deems appropriate. Provides that if the court had sentenced the sex offender to probation or conditional discharge or placed the sex offender on supervision and the court determines that continuing the sex offender on probation or conditional discharge or supervision would pose a danger to the public, the court may revoke the probation, conditional discharge, or supervision and resentence the sex offender to a term of imprisonment. Effective immediately.
Designates the portion of Interstate 255 within the city limits of Cahokia as the "Monroe L. Flinn Memorial Highway" in honor of former State Representative Flinn and his accomplishments.
Amends the Fish and Aquatic Life Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the administration of the Code.
