Amends the Chicago Firefighter Article of the Illinois Pension Code. Increases the minimum retirement annuity to $1,100 beginning January 1, 2011, $1,150 beginning January 1, 2012, $1,200 beginning January 1, 2013, and $1,250 beginning January 1, 2014. Amends the State Mandates Act to require implementation without reimbursement. Effective immediately.
