This bill nominates Giridhar Burra to serve as a member of the Workers' Compensation Medical Fee Advisory Board. The primary effect is to add his name to the official roster of individuals appointed to this advisory group, which helps oversee medical fee structures for workers' compensation claims. Once confirmed, the appointment will allow Burra to participate in the board's decision-making processes regarding medical costs. The legislation does not alter existing laws or funding but simply formalizes a personnel selection for a specific regulatory body.
