RELATING TO HISTORIC PRESERVATION.

Appropriates an unspecified amount of funds to the Department of Land and Natural Resources to conduct comprehensive inventories of historic properties and burial sites in the State, data collection on burial site locations, and archaeological surface surveys. Takes effect 7/1/2050. (SD1)

RELATING TO INCARCERATED WOMEN.

Appropriates funds for the second year of the program to train incarcerated women to be general education development tutors for their peers, provide college correspondence courses for women in the women's community correctional center, and provide reentry and transition services for women wanting to continue their education post-incarceration.
