RELATING TO THE TAX CREDIT FOR RESEARCH ACTIVITIES.

Adds a cap for an eligible taxpayer and the taxpayer's related entities per taxable year for the tax credit for research activities. Consolidates the survey and certification requirements. Amends the annual aggregate cap. Requires certification on a first-come, first-served basis to be based on the date a complete application is received, subject to certain conditions, for the tax credit. (HD1)

RELATING TO COVID-19 VACCINATION STATUS.

Makes it a criminal violation for a person to: (1) provide false information regarding COVID-19 vaccination status to certain entities; (2) use falsified verification of COVID-19 vaccination status; (3) manufacture, distribute, disseminate, issue, sell, offer for sale, import, or offer to import into this State falsified verification of COVID-19 vaccination status or a blank or incomplete COVID-19 vaccination status verification document or code. Effective 7/1/2050. Repeals on 6/30/2023. (HD2)
