RELATING TO ELECTIONS.

Requires that schedules filed with the candidate committee and noncandidate committee reports include the amount and date of deposit of each contribution and the name and both the mailing and physical address of each contributor who is not a registered voter or a registered political action committee in the State at the time of the contribution; provided that the information be excluded from public inspection and used only for review by the Campaign Spending Commission.

RELATING TO ONLINE FANTASY SPORTS.

Establishes an online fantasy sports contests registration and monitoring program under the Department of the Attorney General. Exempts registered online fantasy sports contests from state gambling laws. Appropriates funds.

RELATING TO CROSSWALK SAFETY.

Requires the Department of Transportation to program intersections to allow walk signals to commence four seconds before the green light is given to motor vehicle traffic when the walk button has been pressed.

RELATING TO TAXATION.

Conforms the amount allowable for the Hawaii expenses for household and dependent care services necessary for the gainful employment tax credit to the credit amounts allowed in the federal tax code. Applies to taxable years beginning after 12/31/22.

RELATING TO THE LANDLORD-TENANT CODE.

Extends from 5 business days to 15 calendar days the period for a notice of termination of a rental agreement. Requires landlords to engage in mediation and delay the filing of an action for summary possession if a tenant schedules or attempts to schedule a mediation. Requires landlords to provide specific information in the 15-calendar day notice to tenants and certain mediation centers. Appropriates moneys.

RELATING TO PAYMENTS OF SUPPORT.

Amends the definition of "income" to include tips or gratuities for the purposes of determining child and spousal support amounts, assignments, and withholdings.
