Requires and appropriates funds for the Department of Health to repurpose unused state facilities to provide short-term residential beds to allow the stabilization, triage, and assessment of patients in need of services for mental health conditions and/or substance use, which may include homelessness. RELATING TO BIOSECURITY.
Establishes the Invasive Species Rapid Response Trust Fund for rapid responses to invasive species emergencies. Requires the Invasive Species Council to include an accounting of moneys expended in its annual report to the Legislature. Appropriates funds. Effective 7/1/2050. (SD2)
