RELATING TO MENTAL HEALTH.

Authorizes mental health professionals who are enrolled in an accredited training program or have completed all licensing requirements except for experience hours or the licensing examination, or both, and are under the supervision of a licensed mental health professional, to provide minor-initiated mental health treatment or counseling services without the consent of the minor's parent or legal guardian. RELATING TO EMPLOYMENT SECURITY.

Permits claimants for unemployment benefits to report in person or via electronic communication. Prohibits denial of unemployment insurance benefits if a claimant is out of the State with access to facilities and methods that are prevailing or customarily used by persons to work remotely in the claimant's occupation.

RELATING TO WIRELESS COMMUNICATION.

Requires any wireless communication antennas located within conservation districts to be camouflaged to blend in with the surrounding areas.

RELATING TO MOTOR VEHICLES.

Assesses a $10 motor vehicle importation fee for each motor vehicle that is imported into the State, due to the county that is the final destination of the vehicle. Provides that revenue from the motor vehicle importation fee shall be expended for the disposal of abandoned vehicles.

RELATING TO THE CHILD PROTECTIVE ACT.

Requires the court to appoint counsel to indigent parents and make every effort to do so at the first hearing attended by the parent. (SD1)

RELATING TO PERSISTENT NONSUPPORT.

Establishes the felony offense of persistent nonsupport in the first degree when a person knowingly and persistently fails to provide support to a child, spouse, or other dependent to whom the person has a legal obligation of support for five years or longer, or is $30,000 or more in arrears.
