RELATING TO AUTONOMOUS MOTOR VEHICLES.

Authorizes for testing purposes the operation of autonomous vehicles in the State of Hawaii. Requires Department of Transportation to establish an application and approval process and report annually to the legislature. Makes an appropriation.

RELATING TO THE HAWAII COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY.

Establishes Transit-Oriented Development Community Districts within the Hawaii Community Development Authority (HCDA) to develop districts along certain rail stations in the Honolulu rail station transit corridor. Allows the HCDA to enter into public-private partnerships for a lease-back arrangement of lands.

RELATING TO PUBLIC HOUSING.

Requires the Hawaii Public Housing Authority to establish trust accounts to provide matching funds to tenants who rent dwelling units. Specifies tenancy termination requirements.
