Requires health insurers, mutual benefit societies, and health maintenance organizations to cover mandated services for mammography on terms at least as favorable as the terms for other radiological examinations

Requires the State of Hawaiʻi Plant and Animal Declaration Form to be distributed, completed, and transmitted electronically.
Authorizes and establishes procedures and criteria for prescriptive authority for clinical psychologists who meet specific education, training, and registration requirements. Requires the Board of Psychology to accept applications for prescriptive authority privilege beginning 7/1/2025. Requires the Board of Psychology to report to the Legislature prior to the Regular Session of 2024. Appropriates funds to the Board of Psychology to implement prescriptive authority privilege for certain clinical psychologists. Effective 12/31/2050. (SD1)
Establishes an income tax credit for taxpayers who purchase and install a whole house water filter system.
Requires the Hawaiʻi Housing Finance and Development Corporation to employ an Executive Director to be nominated by the Governor, subject to the advice and consent of the Senate. Transfers the duties and powers of the Board of Directors of the Hawaiʻi Housing Finance and Development Corporation to the Executive Director. Requires the Board to advise the Executive Director. Requires the independent medical examination and permanent impairment rating examination of an injured employee under the Workers' Compensation Law to be conducted by a qualified chiropractor or physician selected by the mutual agreement of the parties and paid for by the employer. In absence of a mutual agreement, requires the Director of Labor and Industrial Relations to appoint a duly qualified impartial chiropractor or physician to be paid by the employer.
Amends various definitions of "moped" throughout the Hawaiʻi Revised Statutes to exclude low-speed electric bicycles. Deletes an unused term from Chapter 286, Hawaiʻi Revised Statutes. Establishes regulations for low-speed electric bicycles and clarifies the applicability of certain conflicting regulations that are applicable to all bicycles.
Prohibits cyber harassment and cyberstalking. Allows for civil liabilities and injunctions for cyber harassment and cyberstalking.
Amends the membership of the Hawaiʻi Interagency Council for Transit-Oriented Development to include the House of Representatives chairs of the committees on housing and transportation and the Senate chairs of the committees on housing and transportation.
Establishes the position of the Tourism Liaison Officer within the Office of the Governor. Makes an appropriation.
