RELATING TO AGRICULTURE.

Appropriates funds for the Department of Agriculture to conduct import substitution projects to encourage Hawaii farmers and growers to identify and grow food and nonfood alternative products to phase out imports of high-risk pathway food and commodities by 2027. Appropriates funds for outreach materials to encourage Hawaii residents to buy local products and foster a sense of pride and self-responsibility in protecting Hawaii's agriculture, environment, and lifestyle. RELATING TO INTOXICATING LIQUOR.

Permits brewpub and small craft producer pub licensees to allow minors, who are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian of legal drinking age, on the licensee's premises. (SB2710 HD1)

RELATING TO NATUROPATHIC MEDICINE.

Authorizes a naturopathic physician to prescribe and administer testosterone that is consistent with naturopathic medical practice. Clarifies that narcotic drugs and controlled substances, other than testosterone, shall not be included within the naturopathic formulary. Effective July 1, 2035. (SD2)

RELATING TO NUTRIENT CYCLING.

Establishes and appropriates moneys for a regional nutrient cycling pilot program on Maui. Requires the Department of Agriculture to report on the efficacy of the pilot project. Effective 7/1/2050. (SD1)

RELATING TO PSYCHOLOGY.

Establishes licensure requirements for school psychologists to be administered by the Board of Psychology. Requires all school psychologists to be licensed by July 1, 2021. Increases the composition of the Board of Psychology to include two school psychologists. (SB2655 HD1)
