RELATING TO THE WEED AND SEED STRATEGY.

RELATING TO SPECIAL PURPOSE REVENUE BONDS FOR HAWAIIAN ELECTRIC COMPANY, INC.; MAUI ELECTRIC COMPANY, LIMITED; AND HAWAII ELECTRIC LIGHT COMPANY, INC.

Authorizes the issuance of special purpose revenue bonds to assist Hawaiian Electric Company, Inc.; Maui Electric Company, Limited; and Hawaii Electric Light Company, Inc., to fund multi-project capital improvement programs and assist utilities serving the general public in providing electric energy. RELATING TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH.

Requires the Department of Health to establish a working group to examine and advise on amendments that can be made to the statutory description of the Department's powers, duties, functions, and responsibilities. Authorizes the working group to evaluate the health impact assessment tool. Appropriates funds to support the activities of the working group. Effective 7/1/2050. (SD2)

RELATING TO PRESCRIPTION DRUGS.

Requires that if a proposed increase in the wholesale price of certain drugs would result in a 16% or more price increase over a 2year period, the drug manufacturer shall notify various drug insurance providers.
