RELATING TO FIREWORKS.

Establishes the Shipping Container Inspection Program and shipping container inspection program special fund. Amends the definitions of "aerial devices" and "fireworks" within state fireworks law. Requires reports to the Legislature on implementation of the Shipping Container Inspection Program. Appropriates funds. Effective 7/1/2050. (SD2)

RELATING TO NUMBER PLATES.

Establishes penalties for the failure to comply with a County Director of Finance's request that a vehicle number plate or special number plate be returned. Effective 3/22/2075. (SD1)

RELATING TO MOTOR VEHICLE INSPECTIONS.

For a period of 3 years, provides that no new vehicle needs a safety inspection until 3 years after the date the vehicle was first sold; provides that electric vehicles shall require a safety inspection every 24 months; and provides that electric vehicles participating in a road usage charge fee program shall pay a road usage charge fee based on a self-reported photo odometer reading. Effective 7/1/2050. Repeals 6/30/2026. (SD2)

RELATING TO THE STATE BOARD OF PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERS, ARCHITECTS, SURVEYORS AND LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTS.

Requires the State Board of Professional Engineers, Architects, Surveyors and Landscape Architects to, upon its denial of an application for licensure, provide the applicant with a written notice of denial accompanied by a written explanation describing the reasons for the Board's denial. Effective 7/1/2050. (SD1)
