RELATING TO CHARTER TOUR OPERATORS.

Permits charter tour operators to maintain client trust accounts in a federally insured financial institution outside the State; provided that the charter tour operator agrees to allow the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs to access the tour operator's financial records related to client trust accounts through the financial institution. RELATING TO PUBLIC SAFETY.

Requires the Department of Public Safety in collaboration with county and state agencies and, upon request of the inmate, to issue civil identification cards to the inmate and to assist the inmate in obtaining the inmate's birth certificate, social security card, and other relevant identification necessary for successful reentry into society.
