Establishes the Homeless Employment Grant Program, a three-year pilot program, that provides homeless individuals with work opportunities and connects them with service providers. Requires the Department of Human Services to report to the Legislature. Declares that the general fund expenditure is exceeded. Makes an appropriation.
Repeals the authority of employers to pay tipped employees less than the minimum wage.
Transfers the functions of the Department of Land and Natural Resources Division of Conservation and Resources Enforcement to the Department of Law Enforcement. Increases the number of deputy directors appointed by the Director of Law Enforcement.
