RELATING TO THE TRANSIENT ACCOMMODATIONS TAX.

Requires that all mandatory fees charged by a transient accommodation operator to a guest or resort time share vacation plan manager to an occupant be included in the gross rental or gross rental proceeds for purposes of the transient accommodations tax. Requires operators and plan managers to identify optional fees that are not subject to the transient accommodations tax to guests and occupants when rental rates and services are disclosed or discussed.

RELATING TO BAIL.

Requires that a defendant be denied bail when the charge is for a violent crime or the defendant has been previously convicted of a violent crime. Distinguishes between a serious crime for which the judge has the discretion to grant bail and a violent crime for which bail must be denied.

RELATING TO OXYBENZONE.

Prohibits the sale, offering for sale, or distribution of any sunscreen containing oxybenzone in the State, unless the sunscreen label contains a warning that the use of oxybenzone in nearshore waters poses serious hazards to coral and reef health.

RELATING TO RACIAL PROFILING PREVENTION.

Prohibits state and county law enforcement officers from using a person's race or ethnicity to form probable cause or reasonable suspicion to stop a vehicle. Appropriates funds for the implementation of an annual racial profiling prevention training program for state and county law enforcement officers.

RELATING TO TAXATION.

Provides an income tax credit to taxpayers who install or operate an electric vehicle charging system that is available for use by the public, unless otherwise required by law.

RELATING TO THE UNIFORM INFORMATION PRACTICES ACT.

Repeals the confidentiality protection afforded under the Uniform Information Practices Act for certain information regarding misconduct of police officers that results in discharge. Requires that names of discharged or suspended police officers be disclosed in the annual report submitted by each county's police chief to the legislature.
