RELATING TO HEALTH.

Establishes a task force to review policy issues and opportunities relating to the navigation, access, and coverage of medicaid services by individuals with autism or fetal alcohol spectrum disorder and make a recommendation on whether a waiver or other approval from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services is necessary to ensure accessibility of certain services for individuals with autism or fetal alcohol spectrum disorder. RELATING TO THE GENERAL EXCISE TAX.

Exempts from the general excise tax gross receipts from the sale of mobility enhancing equipment, hearing aids, prosthetic devices, durable medical equipment, and prescription drugs sold pursuant to a doctor's prescription. Amends the definition of "prosthetic device" to include a replacement, corrective, or supportive device worn on or in the body. (SB530 HD1)

RELATING TO LAY NETS.

Prohibits the abandonment of lay nets used for fishing. Authorizes DLNR to issue permits for the use and possession of lay nets. Requires DLNR to establish a comprehensive, statewide lay net education and enforcement program. (SB1371 HD1)

RELATING TO AGRICULTURE.
