Prohibits an employer from discriminating against an employee based on the employee's status as a qualifying patient and from taking action against an employee based solely on the employee's status as a qualifying patient or if the results of the employee's drug test are positive for cannabis, subject to certain exceptions. Specifies permissible and impermissible actions by employers and employees. Takes effect 1/1/2051. (SD1)

Authorizes the issuance of general obligation bonds to be appropriated into and out of the rental housing revolving fund, dwelling unit revolving fund, and, contingent upon the enactment of S.B. No. 878 in any form, the home ownership housing revolving fund. Requires an amount of the funds appropriated out of the rental housing revolving fund be used to create permanent supportive housing units for chronically homeless individuals. (SD1)
Defines electric foot scooters and clarifies that laws relating to bicycles in general also apply to electric foot scooters. Requires an operator of an electric foot scooter to be at least fourteen years of age. (SD1)

Requires that workers registered with the department of health's medical cannabis program be reimbursed for the out of pocket cost of medical cannabis through the workers' compensation system in certain circumstances.
Permits claimants for unemployment benefits to report in person or via electronic communication. Prohibits denial of unemployment insurance benefits if a claimant is out of the State with access to facilities and methods that are prevailing or customarily used by persons to work remotely in the claimant's occupation.
Requires a finding that denial of reasonable grandparent visitation rights would cause significant harm to the child as a condition of awarding grandparent visitation rights. Clarifies procedures for an order awarding reasonable grandparent visitation rights. Specifies that a violation of the terms and conditions of the order is punishable as contempt of court.
