RELATING TO THE JUDICIARY.

Appropriates funds for residential programs that allow minor children to remain with their mothers while participating in the program, to reduce the risk of trauma and multigenerational incarceration, including communitybased furlough programs, residential drug treatment programs, therapeutic community programs, and mental health programs. RELATING TO UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANKS.

Beginning 7/1/2022, prohibits issuance of permits for future large capacity underground storage tank systems mauka of the underground injection control line. Beginning 7/1/2022, prohibits operation of, and renewal of permits for, large capacity underground storage tank systems located mauka of the underground injection control line, except for maintenance necessary to safely support defueling, environmental requirements, operations directly related to defueling or actions required in emergency situations. RELATING TO INFRASTRUCTURE MAINTENANCE IN HOUSING SUBDIVISIONS.

Establishes a working group to examine and address the problem of infrastructure repair and maintenance in planned housing subdivisions that do not have compulsory homeowner associations. Requires a report to the legislature before the 2024 regular session. Appropriates funds. (CD1)

RELATING TO PUBLIC PROCUREMENT.

Authorizes the office of administrative hearings, where it is determined that an award of a contract is in violation of law and the award is rescinded and the contract, if executed, is terminated or declared null and void, to award the government contract to the next lowest bidder or next responsible offeror, if certain conditions are met. RELATING TO A SCHOOL SUPPLY SUBSIDY PILOT PROGRAM.

Establishes a one-year school supply subsidy pilot program at all schools composed entirely of students eligible for participation in Title I, Part A, of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act, as amended by the Every Student Succeeds Act. Appropriates funds. Repeals on 1/1/2024. (CD1)

RELATING TO SHOOTING FACILITIES.
