RELATING TO THE RENTAL HOUSING REVOLVING FUND.

Deposits funds into the Rental Housing Revolving Fund to be used to provide loans or grants to mixed-income rental projects or units for persons and families with incomes between 60 and 100% of the median family income. Enables the Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation to use any unused moneys for other authorized rental housing projects. Effective 7/1/2050. (SD2)

RELATING TO HEALTH CARE.

Establishes the Rural Health Task Force within the Center for Nursing to prepare and develop solutions and make recommendations on registered nurse recruitment and retention in rural areas of Maui, Molokai, and Lanai. Requires the Rural Health Task Force to submit reports of its findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature prior to the Regular Session of 2023, and prior to the Regular Session of 2024.
