Requires the Department of Education to establish a 5-year Hawaii Scientist-to-Teacher Pathway Pilot Program to recruit, train, support, and retain qualified science, technology, engineering, and mathematics professionals as kindergarten through grade twelve teachers of those subjects in the State.
