RELATING TO DISCLOSURE OF COASTAL HAZARDS.

Requires that a vulnerable coastal property statement accompany the sale of every vulnerable coastal property. Requires that mandatory seller disclosures in real property transactions include identification of residential real properties located within a sea level rise exposure area. (HB565 HD1)

RELATING TO EMERGENCY ACCESS TO SHELTER.

Prohibits public establishments from denying shelter to any person when an emergency alert advises the public to immediately seek shelter. Clarifies that any remuneration paid to owners of private property for services or incidental commodities during the disaster does not void the exemption from civil liability afforded to these owners except where owners increase the sale price of any service or incidental commodity. RELATING TO INTIMATE PARTNER VIOLENCE.

Requires barber, beauty operator, and instructor licensees under the Board of Barbering and Cosmetology to complete a one-time, one-hour training program on intimate partner violence awareness and education, which may be administered electronically. (HB1147 HD1)

RELATING TO AIR QUALITY.

Requires the Department of Health to promptly send personnel to a source, or immediate vicinity of a source, that is reported to have air pollution and conduct an investigation and tests to determine the validity of the report.

RELATING TO HEALTH.
