RELATING TO MICROENTERPRISE HOME KITCHENS.

RELATING TO ELECTRIC ENERGY.

Requires all electric utilities to provide transparent customer bill impact analyses that are accessible to the public in an electronic format reasonably usable by ratepayers. RELATING TO COMMUNITY CARE FOSTER FAMILY HOMES.
