RELATING TO INSURANCE.

Amends the required coverage for shared cars that are made available through a peer-to-peer car-sharing program. Clarifies when the requirements for motor vehicle insurance coverage are satisfied. Provides that the counties may adopt ordinances to regulate peer-to-peer car-sharing vehicles for companies whose insurance coverage falls below an unspecified amount. Sunsets 7/1/2025. (SD1)

RELATING TO EARLY LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES.

Requires the Department of Human Services to establish a Child Care Accreditation Program to assist licensed and registered child care providers in obtaining accreditation. Authorizes the use of the Child Care Grant Program Special Fund for Child Care Accreditation Program grants. Makes the accreditation requirement for service providers receiving funds from the Preschool Open Doors Program voluntary. Appropriates funds for the Child Care Accreditation Program, including funding for the establishment of one full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) position. RELATING TO AGRICULTURE.

Establishes a task force to identify the top ten fruits or vegetables that are imported into the State but may be commercially grown in the State.
