RELATING TO COUNTY SIDEWALKS.

Requires that any county-owned street along which are six or more homes include one or more sidewalks. Provides grants-in-aid to the counties for the purpose of building sidewalks along existing county-owned streets.

RELATING TO GOVERNMENTAL WHEELING.

RELATING TO PESTICIDES.

Deletes the provision authorizing the issuance of a written warning notice for a first violation of Hawaii's pesticide laws. Increases the administrative penalties. Enhances the criminal penalties for violations involving bodily injury.

RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE OF SPECIAL PURPOSE REVENUE BONDS TO ASSIST A SEAWATER AIR CONDITIONING PROJECT IN HAWAII.
