RELATING TO EDUCATION.

Requires the department of education to fully implement the farm to school program and farm to school meals program by the 20242025 school year. Provides that complex area superintendents have the authority to implement the farm to school and farm to school meals programs. Requires certain school cafeteria supervisors to report directly to complex area superintendents. Establishes school cafeteria supervisor positions. Requires the office of talent management of the department of education to conduct a compensation review of school cafeteria supervisor positions. Appropriates funds. Effective 7/1/3000. (HD2)

RELATING TO KALO FARMING.

RELATING TO THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACTS OF AIR TRAVEL.

Establishes the mitigation of the climate effects of commercial air transportation task force to identify, analyze, and make recommendations to mitigate the carbon load of, contributions to global warming made by, and effects on the climate caused by commercial air travel to the State.

RELATING TO ORGANIC WASTE DIVERSION.
