RELATING TO MICROENTERPRISE KITCHENS.

Establishes a regulatory framework for microenterprise home kitchens. Authorizes the Department of Health to adopt rules regarding microenterprise home kitchens; grant and revoke permits; issue food safety manager certificates; charge fees; and conduct inspections. RELATING TO CONSUMER HEALTH DATA.

Establishes requirements, including additional disclosures and consumer consent, regarding the collection, use, and sharing of consumer health data information. Establishes rights for consumers regarding their health data, including the right to have health data deleted. Prohibits the sale of consumer health data without a consumer's signed valid authorization. Prohibits the erection of a geofence around health care centers. Effective 7/1/3000. (HD1)

RELATING TO RESEARCH ACTIVITIES.

Repeals the provision that made references to the base amount in the Internal Revenue Code inapplicable to the research activities tax credit and allowed credits for all qualified research expenses to be taken without regard to previous years expenses. Narrows the qualifying criteria for research activities tax credits to applicants who are small businesses registered in the State. Increases the maximum amount of tax credits that can be certified per year. Extends the sunset date of the research activities tax credit by five years. Effective 7/1/3000. (HD2)
