Appropriates funds to support the Department of Health's Senior Fall Prevention Campaign. Declares that the appropriation exceeds the state general fund expenditure ceiling for 20242025. Effective 7/1/2050. (SD1)
Increases the employer base composite monthly contribution effective 1/1/2025 by 5.2 per cent of the 2024 employer base. Provides that effective 1/1/2026, the employer base composite monthly contribution will be based on the change in medicare part B premiums from 2024 to 2025 and at a two-year lag thereafter. (SD1)
Proposes a constitutional amendment to increase the mandatory retirement age for state justices and judges from seventy years to seventy-five years. (SD1)
