Requires that a current GET license number for any rental income be filed with the complaint to the court for summary possession proceedings. Establishes an additional minimum supplemental nutrition assistance program (SNAP) benefit of $250 per month per person for SNAP-eligible households whose income is below two hundred per cent of the federal poverty level, as established by the United States Department of Agriculture. Requires that SNAP-eligible households whose monthly income exceeds two hundred per cent of the federal poverty level receive a graduated decline of additional SNAP benefits. Appropriates funds to the Department of Land and Natural Resources for the Community Fuels Reduction Project. Beginning with fiscal year 2025-2026, and each fiscal year thereafter, requires the Department of Land and Natural Resources to establish the Community Fuels Reduction Project as a separate line item within the Department's budget. Expands the uses for the state archives preservation and long-term access special fund from the preservation of and long-term access to government records only, to include photographic, phonographic, and audio-video records and collections that have a unique historical value or are related to Hawaii's diverse ethnic and indigenous cultures. Establishes additional funding sources for, and authorizes additional expenditures of moneys from, the state archives preservation and long-term access special fund. Appropriates moneys.
