RELATING TO CONDOMINIUMS.

Extends the safe harbor provisions found in section 45 of Act 181, Session Laws of Hawaii 2017, until 7/1/20 to provide sufficient time for condominium property regimes to update their developer's public reports. RELATING TO CHARTER SCHOOLS.

Provides funding for rental or lease of facilities under legislative appropriations and bond authorizations to the State Public Charter School Commission for the design, planning, construction, repair, and maintenance of public charter school improvements. Appropriates general funds for infrastructure costs, rental or lease assistance, and the repair and maintenance of network infrastructure for charter schools. (HB246 HD2)

RELATING TO TEACHER SALARIES.

Requires that teachers teaching at hard-to-staff schools be paid the national average of a similarly situated teacher, with annual cost of living adjustments, or according to the teacher's salary schedule. Requires teachers who are paid the national average to forego any pay differential. (HB1143 HD2)
