RELATING TO THE BOARD OF EDUCATION.

Requires the board of education to invite the exclusive representative for bargaining unit (5) (teachers and other personnel of the department of education) to appoint a nonvoting public school teacher representative to the board and the exclusive representative for bargaining unit (6) (educational officers) to appoint a nonvoting public school administrator representative to the board. RELATING TO CONSUMER HEALTH DATA.

Establishes requirements, including additional disclosures and consumer consent, regarding the collection, use, and sharing of consumer health data information. Establishes rights for consumers regarding their health data, including the right to have health data deleted. Prohibits the sale of consumer health data without a consumer's signed valid authorization. Prohibits the erection of a geofence around health care centers. Effective 7/1/3000. (HD1)
