RELATING TO CAMPAIGN FINANCE.

Prohibits contributions from persons convicted of various campaign finance, ethical, or lobbying offenses. Requires unlawful contributions to escheat to the Hawaiʻi Election Campaign Fund. Authorizes the Campaign Spending Commission and State Ethics Commission to notify a candidate, candidate committee, or noncandidate committee that a contributor has been prohibited from making political contributions pursuant to chapter 11, part XIII, Hawaiʻi Revised Statutes Takes effect 4/14/2112. RELATING TO INSURANCE.

For policies, contracts, plans, and agreements issued or renewed after 12/31/2024, requires the insurers, mutual benefit societies, and health maintenance organizations to provide coverage for standard fertility preservation services for persons undergoing medically necessary treatment that may cause iatrogenic infertility. Effective 12/31/2050. (SD1)
