RELATING TO INDUSTRIAL HEMP.

Makes modifications to the Industrial Hemp Pilot Program by permitting submission of a license application at any time during the year in which the applicant plans to grow industrial hemp, amending physical facility requirements, and repealing the requirement for a movement permit to transport plants or plant material. RELATING TO BAIL.

Provides that no financial or property surety shall be required for bail in a case in which no felony is alleged. Provides that a person who commits a criminal offense while on bail for which no financial or property surety was required shall be guilty of a class C felony. (HB464 HD1)

RELATING TO TAXATION.

Phases out the county allocation of transient accommodations tax revenues over a 3-year period. Implements new income tax brackets and rates over a 3-year period. Doubles the amount of the personal exemption. Places limitations on claims for itemized tax deductions. (HB1586 HD1)
