RELATING TO CEMETERIES.

Limits liability for persons maintaining or repairing cemetery grounds. Requires the director of commerce and consumer affairs, in consultation with the comptroller, to develop strategies for repair and maintenance of Sunset Memorial Park in Pearl City, Oahu. RELATING TO RESISTING ARREST.

Creates the offense of resisting arrest in the first degree as a class C felony. Amends the existing resisting arrest misdemeanor offense to resisting arrest in the second degree. Takes effect on 1/7/2059. (SD1)

RELATING TO AGRICULTURE.

Makes an appropriation to the Hawaii community college for the Hawaii community college and University of Hawaii at Hilo, in collaboration with the Department of Agriculture and the Agribusiness Development Corporation, to study agriculture and agricultural learning opportunities on the island of Hawaii.
