Requires coffee blend labels to disclose regional origins and per cent by weight of the blended coffees. Prohibits using geographic origins of coffee in labeling or advertising for roasted or instant coffee that contains less than 51 per cent coffee by weight from that geographic origin.
Permits the retail sale of unpasteurized milk under certain conditions. Permits the sale of unpasteurized milk for animal consumption. Defines unpasteurized milk. Permits milk producers to establish cow share programs.
Establishes an income tax credit for agricultural businesses that lose income because the business took land out of active production to comply with federal food safety requirements. (HB230 HD1)
Proposes a constitutional amendment to establish a public employees' collective bargaining fund. Requires an annual deposit of a minimum percentage of the total compensation provided by the State to every person employed by the State during the previous fiscal year.
Requires a permit from the Department of Land and Natural Resources before holding a regatta, marine parade, or surfing contest. Requires permit applications to be submitted up to one year and at least forty-five days before the start of the proposed event. Allows DLNR to assess and collect a fee for permit processing. Requires DLNR to collect a deposit that is nonrefundable if the event is canceled within sixty days of the start of the event. Effective 7/1/2050. (SD1)
