Appropriates funds for the department of transportation to develop, in conjunction with the appropriate counties, a pilot program to use noise detection traffic cameras to address excessive traffic noise in urban areas in counties with a population of more than five hundred thousand. Prohibits the sale, offer for sale, display for sale, trade, or distribution of certain animal fur products in the State. Effective 1/1/2024.
Prohibits the sale of farm raised fish and wild fish and shellfish without a label stating where the seafood was landed.
Requires that a written disclaimer be provided by sellers or providers of emotional support animals or certificates or identification tags for emotional support animals that the animal is not a service animal or the item does not qualify as an item for a service animal.
