Prohibits the sale, offering for sale, or distribution of any sunscreen containing oxybenzone in the State, unless the sunscreen label contains a warning that the use of oxybenzone in nearshore waters poses serious hazards to coral and reef health.

Exempts housing projects where at least a portion of the units are set aside for persons and families with incomes at or below one hundred forty per cent of the area median income from county, highway, and school impact fees.

Exempts amounts received from servicing and maintenance of helicopters and the construction of maintenance facilities at which helicopters are serviced from the general excise tax. (HB484 HD1)
Allows hosting platforms registered with the Department of Taxation to act as tax collectors on behalf of the short-term rental lodging operators. Applies the general excise tax to short-term rental lodging. Requires hosting platforms to report detailed operator information with filing of tax returns. Establishes a working families tax credit. Requires the Department of Taxation to prepare an annual report on the tax credit’s usage for the previous year.
Appropriates funds to the Department of Agriculture for the feed developer grant program and reimbursements to qualified producers for feed costs. (HB483 HD1)
