Requires all limited service pregnancy centers to accurately disclose availability and enrollment information for reproductive health services. Establishes privacy and disclosure requirements for individual records and information. Authorizes civil penalties and civil actions for enforcement and remedy. (HB663 HD1)
Removes discriminatory requirements for mandatory insurance coverage of in vitro fertilization procedures to create parity of coverage for same-sex couples, unmarried women, and male-female couples for whom male infertility is the relevant factor.
Amends insurance coverage requirements for in vitro fertilization to allow for expanded applicability.
Requires the Department of Human Services to post on its website, reports of child care facility inspections and corrective actions taken by the facility. Requires annual reporting to the Legislature on records and actions involving violation complaints. Appropriates funds. (HB673 HD1)

Provides that any person violating the child care provisions of Chapter 346, Hawaii Revised Statutes, shall be guilty of a class C felony. Increases the fines related to the violations. (HB1287 HD1)
Establishes the Hawaii Sports Task Force to plan and coordinate efforts to reestablish the Pro Bowl in Hawaii, to secure Hawaii as a host site for a National Football League preseason game, world-title soccer tournaments, mixed martial arts Ultimate Fighting Championship tournaments and other international sporting events at Aloha Stadium, and to secure and maintain Hawaii as a host site for other sporting and sports entertainment events statewide.
