RELATING TO CHILD CARE.

RELATING TO LOAN REPAYMENT FOR HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS.

RELATING TO PROCUREMENT.

Allows bidders to clarify or correct immaterial or technical information required as part of a bid submission for up to twenty-four hours after the bid submission deadline. Requires that bids for construction be opened no sooner than twenty-four hours after the deadline for the submission of bids. Defines "immaterial or technical information". Repeals 6/30/2026. RELATING TO THE INTERSTATE MEDICAL LICENSURE COMPACT.

Adopts the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact to create a comprehensive process that complements the existing licensing and regulatory authority of state medical boards and provides a streamlined process that allows physicians to become licensed in multiple states. RELATING TO SOCIAL SERVICES.

Increases the monthly needs allowance from $50 to an unspecified amount. Clarifies that the needs allowance is not intended to replace or affect funds received from the federal supplemental security income program. Requires certain long-term care facility operators to pay for generic toiletries, linens, and meals and snacks. Requires the department of human services to perform an annual review of the needs allowance. Appropriate funds. Effective 6/30/3000. (HD1)

RELATING TO HEALTH.

Beginning 1/1/2024, requires public schools, private schools, and public charter schools to have an employee trained to administer or assist with seizure disorder rescue medication. Requires all principals, guidance counselors, and teachers to perform self-study review of seizure disorder materials annually. Requires a seizure action plan for every diagnosed student and distribution of the plan to employees charged with supervising the student. Requires an annual age-appropriate seizure education program to be provided to all students. Exempts schools that do not have a student with a seizure disorder. Appropriates funds.
