RELATING TO THE AGRIBUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION.

Requires at least fifty percent of crops developed by Agribusiness Development Corporation (ADC) to be distributed to local markets, and requires at least fifty percent of lands managed by ADC to be leased for operations that support local food production. Specifies ADC annual reporting requirements and requires an audit of ADC.

RELATING TO FLOOD MITIGATION.

RELATING TO CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES.

Requires a health care professional or pharmacist who dispenses any opioid drug to include with the drug instructions for disposing of any unused portion, along with a pre-addressed envelope or package that can be used to mail any unused portion to a medication disposal program in the State at no cost to the person to whom the drug was dispensed.

Establishes the Kanoelehua industrial area and Banyan drive region as a redevelopment district until June 30, 2028. Authorizes a local redevelopment agency to contract with a developer for construction of non-residential uses on public land within the redevelopment district consisting of the Kanoelehua industrial area and Banyan drive region until 6/30/2028.
