Amends the dispensary program licensing fee structure. Establishes licensure requirements for school psychologists to be administered by the board of psychology. Requires all school psychologists to be licensed by 7/1/2025. Increases the composition of the board of psychology to include two school psychologists. Effective 6/30/3000. (HD1)
Allows students who experienced educational disruption to graduate high school through enrollment in an accepted alternative education program and participation in certain activities approved by the department of education.
Lengthens the time period in which certain vehicles must have a safety inspection.
Provides that after making an arrest, a police officer may issue to the arrestee an appearance ticket that states the date and time of the initial court appearance, and thereafter release the arrestee from custody. Broadens the range of offenses for which a police officer may issue a citation in lieu of making an arrest, provided that certain conditions are met. Effective 1/1/2024.
