Makes certain contracts voidable when entered into in violation of lobbying law. Effective 1/1/2027.
Amends the definition of "advance gambling activity".
Prohibits certain entities from distributing unsolicited mail that is reasonably likely to cause the recipient to believe that a governmental agency has approved of the distribution.
