Amends the offense of disorderly conduct to include engaging in conduct with the intent to convey certain false or misleading information. Allows minors to apply for the expungement of a first-time offense. (HD1)
Broadens the Department of Human Services' right of entry into a vulnerable adult's premises to cover situations in which there is probable cause to believe a vulnerable adult is subject to any type of abuse, regardless of whether there is physical injury. (SD1)
Expands the authority of the director of transportation over required motor carrier vehicle inspections. Authorizes the director of transportation to adopt administrative rules related to fees. Effective 1/1/2050. (HD1)
