Provides certain rights to sexual assault survivors with regards to the testing of sexual assault evidence collection kits. Requires the Attorney General to provide the Legislature with an initial report prior to the 2018 Regular Session on law enforcement's progress to implement the guidelines for mandatory testing requirements. Thereafter, AG to provide the Legislature with annual reports of statistical data pertaining to the testing. (HB668 HD1)
Prohibits enforced wage secrecy and retaliation or discrimination against employees who disclose, discuss, or inquire about their own or co-workers' wages.
Establishes an online fantasy sports contests registration and monitoring program under the department of the attorney general. Exempts registered online fantasy sports contests from state gambling laws. Appropriates funds to the department of the attorney general to establish and implement a registration and monitoring program for online fantasy sports contests.
Authorizes motor vehicle and boat towing options for self-service storage facilities after sixty days or more delinquency; provided that an occupant is provided notice. Requires owners to notify occupants via two of the following three methods: telephone number, electronic mail, or postal address. Allows owners to send notices by electronic mail, publish notices of sales in any commercially reasonable manner, conduct sales online, and charge late fees. Authorizes limits on the liability of the owner of self-service storage facilities to be based on the maximum monetary value of property that may be stored pursuant to the rental agreement.
Proposes a constitutional amendment to ensure access to clean drinking water, meaningful health care, and a quality education are among the inherent and inalienable rights of individuals. (HB1582 HD1)
Declares the intent of the legislature that a contested case hearing shall not be required for land leases, lease extensions, consents to subleases, or any other dispositions of public land.

Includes structures, machinery, equipment, and capital assets in the definition of capital infrastructure costs for the Capital Infrastructure Tax Credit. Sets cap on credit per taxable year per qualified infrastructure tenant including all partners and members of the qualified infrastructure tenant and its special purpose entities. Specifies that excess tax credits may be carried forward. Recaptures credit if qualified infrastructure tenant fails to relocate within a certain period of time after executing a lease with the Department of Transportation. Specifies taxpayer reporting requirements. Provides penalties for failure to report information. (HB591 CD1)
