RELATING TO THE TRANSIENT ACCOMMODATIONS TAX.

Amends the amount of transient accommodations tax revenues to be remitted to the counties. Requires the counties to use transient accommodations tax revenues to enforce ordinances regulating transient accommodations and other short term rentals and for other specific programs.

RELATING TO A STATE LOTTERY.

Creates state lottery, state lottery commission, and state lottery account. Requires certain percentages of lottery revenues to be deposited into the lottery administrative account managed by the director of the state lottery and into the general fund and new special funds to be administered by the Department of Education and the University of Hawaii.
